With last weekend’s usual article showcasing the community links being lost to being so busy, here we have a bumper edition of all the great articles submitted to our community news.

This article aims to promote some of the many hundreds of people I have interacted with on twitter since I first discovered the site a few months ago.

As par for the course we all win and lose clients, it’s how business works, but how do you react when you do lose that all important client?
