Spread over multiple sites in the South West and London, the Falmouth University Degree Shows 2014 promise an opportunity to preview the finest emerging creative talent. Taking place from 12 May – 23 July, it’s your chance to discover tomorrow’s leading practitioners in art, design, media, performance and writing.
This year’s schedule will witness over 1,000 graduating students descend upon venues as varied as multi-storey car parks and former breweries in a programme replete with exhibitions, shows, performances and events.

Marine & Natural History Photography Exhibition

When: 12 May – 12 June
An exhibition of work from third year BA(Hons) Marine & Natural History Photography students, who have investigated a range of practices themed around natural history. The exhibition will incorporate a wide variety of prints and short films completed throughout this academic year.
The Graduate Fashion Show 2014: Show 5

Show 5 celebrates the fifth graduating cohort of Fashion at Falmouth and the final collections of over 40 Fashion Design and Performance Sportswear Design students. Fashion at Falmouth’s principal aim is to encourage curiosity, creativity and innovation in every student with a shared ethos of creating aesthetically considered designs that are also functional and practical.

The AMATA Festival is a combined platform for practitioners emerging from our Dance, Music, Theatre and Cultural Management & Production courses. Through the 11 days of the festival, performances, talks, events and networking opportunities will celebrate the achievements of our graduating students.
Animation Open Studios
Where: Animation Studios, Falmouth University, Penryn Campus, Cornwall. TR10 9FE
When: 9 June – 13 June
BA(Hons) Animation & Visual Effects students will be displaying artwork from current projects and final year films, including stop motion sets and models. There will be a continual screening of material from the course on the projection screens and work in progress will also be available to view on the computers in the studio. Students will be in the studio, working on projects, and ready and willing to talk about all aspects of the course.
